About Me: Vafa Nick Nikfar
Vafa Nikfar, widely known as Nick, is a licensed builder and property developer in both Victoria and Queensland with a proven track record spanning over 25 years in the construction and property development industry. Since beginning his career in 2001, Nick has successfully overseen the planning, management, and delivery of major residential and commercial projects across Melbourne, gaining recognition for his ability to combine technical expertise with a strong vision for long-term community growth.
In addition to large-scale developments, Nick is also a specialist in the restoration and renovation of older homes, where attention to detail, craftsmanship, and respect for the original character are essential.
