Site Supervisor (Construction)

Overview

Shahrooz, widely known as “Folki”, has been working with 10 Red Hill Operations since 2021. With a strong background in the construction industry, he plays a key role as Site Supervisor, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring that building works are carried out to the highest standards.

He holds a Diploma of Building and Construction (CPC50220) and a Carpentry Certificate, supported by additional qualifications such as Operate Elevated Work Platforms up to 11 metres (CPCCCM3001). These certifications provide him with both technical expertise and practical skills to effectively lead on-site teams.

Folki is responsible for coordinating trades, supervising safety and quality standards, and making sure projects stay on schedule and within scope. His commitment to maintaining compliance with
Australian Standards and his ability to manage complex site challenges make him an invaluable member of the team.

His hands-on experience, combined with a solid educational background, has made him a trusted and reliable supervisor who ensures that every detail of the construction process is managed with
precision.
