Nick Nikfar has been active in the construction and property development industry since 2001. Over the years, he has successfully managed numerous projects, including large-scale apartment developments, famously known as the “Apadana” projects in the City of Manningham (Doncaster area). He holds a Builder’s Licence in both Victoria (Melbourne) and Queensland. Nick established IO Red Hill Operations Pty Ltd in 2018, dedicating the company to delivering modern, high-quality residential and commercial developments. All of his projects to date have been completed successfully, reinforcing his reputation as a reliable project manager and investor in Melbourne’s property market. Nick’s extensive experience, combined with a clear vision for growth and innovation, continues to drive 10 Red Hill Operations as a trusted and recognized name in the sector.
